Shipping and Exchange Policy

Sleep Trial

120-Day Low Price Promise

At Beautyrest Sleep Gallery price is not an issue. Show us any local or online competitors price on the same or comparable mattress within 120 days of your original purchase date and we PROMISE to beat that price. Low Price Promise applies only to new merchandise from “authorized” dealers.

60-Day Peace of Mind Sleep Trial

If a mattress protector is purchased on the same sales receipt, you have the option of receiving ONE TIME comfort exchange on your mattress within 60 days of the original delivery date (restocking fee (s), adjustable bases and accessories are non-refundable). NO exchanges will be allowed for the first 30 days. The mattress you wish to exchange must have the label (s) and law tag (s) attached and be free from damage, abuse or stains. The following items DO NOT qualify for Comfort Exchange: Warranty Replacements, Damaged, Abused or Stained Mattresses, “As- Is” Closeout Mattresses, Display Models, Special Order Items, Furniture, Accessories, Mattress Protectors, Pillows, Delivery Fees (transportation costs) Incurred, “With-Purchase” Promotional Items, Bed Frames and/or Adjustable Bases. Local exchanges will incur a $149 handling fee.

Delivery and Setup

Springfield:

  • FREE Local Springfield Delivery (with a Springfield Zip Code)
  • $75 Delivery Fee – up to 30 miles outside of Springfield
    (Additional fees may apply for areas outside of 31 miles of Springfield)
  • $20 Recycling Fee for each used mattress hauled off

Hollister:

  • $50 Branson and Hollister Delivery Fee (with a Hollister or Branson Zip Code)
  • $75 Delivery Fee up to 30 miles outside of Hollister
    (Additional fees may apply for areas outside of 31 miles of Hollister)
  • $20 Recycling Fee for each used mattress hauled off

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final with the exception of purchases that qualify for our 60-Day Peace of Mind Sleep Trial. Local exchanges will incur a $149 handling fee. See 60-Day Peace of Mind Sleep Trial for more details.​

A Manufacturer Warranty applies to all mattresses: length and details of warranty is dependent on the brand/manufacturer. Contact us for complete details.
